Delivery — Cairo, Giza & Alexandria

Orders are delivered across Cairo, Giza and Alexandria within 2–4 days. Delivery is included in the price of every piece.

Payment

Pay on delivery, by card, or by mobile wallet — whichever suits you. Cash on delivery is available on every order, every time.

Inspect Before You Pay

Open the package while the courier is with you. Check the piece, try it on, take your time. If it isn't right, hand it back and pay only the delivery fee — nothing else, no questions.

Returns

Every piece is inspected and chosen at your door — that's the moment to decide, and it's completely yours. Once accepted, sales are final. And if anything is ever wrong from our side, message us and we'll make it right: replacement or full refund, your choice.
